Leonidas and you 110 years of love!

In the 1990s, Leonidas had a football team. We trained for 30 minutes every day during our lunch break, and a friendly match was held every week. We had a great time and it gave us a chance to have some good times together! 

Thanks to Leonidas I learned the secrets of chocolate and love my profession! 

Leonidas started to be part of my life well before I was born. My parents met there. 

My mother was a chocolate collector and my dad worked in production. While she was expecting me, my mother collected chocolates in order to offer you some blissful moments. 

And 33 years later, it’s my turn to create blissful moments for you, and I’m proud to do so! 

At Leonidas we are constantly improving ourselves, thanks to all the training we can take! 

I have been able to increase my knowledge and learn more about food legislation, which is a great asset to my current job.  

We all fall in love with chocolate when we work at Leonidas! 

But I have also been able to find love here: it’s while working at Leonidas that I met the mother of my children. 

The myth of chocolate as an aphrodisiac may not be just a myth...  

My best memories are certainly the days and evenings we spent together dancing, laughing, eating or singing with my colleagues. We created affinities but not only. Real friendships are made and that's magic. 

Leonidas offered me the possibility of growing over the years. I was able to discover a variety of fields, such as product development and packaging, the concept store and visual merchandising. 

It’s a people-oriented family firm that allows us to create a convivial atmosphere on a daily basis.  

Thanks to all that I have experienced over so many years, and notably all the challenges I have had to face, I’ve been able to become a true professional in my field. 

But the best aspect has been this human side of the company, having met my wife here, and the friendships I have made with the staff!  

I have always enjoyed people’s reaction when I tell them I work at Leonidas. They often tell me that the Manon Café is their favourite chocolate! 

Leonidas is a family firm where life is good! 

There’s a great atmosphere and remarkable solidarity. 

My best recollection will always be meeting admirable people who enable me to experience an unforgettable adventure every day!  

For the past 40 years, I have been preparing delicious creams for your favourite chocolates including the smooth coffee-flavoured butter cream for the iconic Manon, always with undiluted passion! 

Mon métier consiste à travailler en logistique. Ce que j’aime le plus c’est pouvoir gérer toutes les marchandises et donc contribuer au bonheur de nos clients.

Every day I take part with great enthusiasm in preparing the finest recipes for our chocolates. 

Surrounded by men while working I am proud to add a feminine touch to the creation of our cream fillings, so that they will be even more delicious!  

Being surrounded by people with lots of experience who share their expertise is a reflection of the family and convivial spirit of our company. 

This is what I enjoy the most, as it shows the goodwill of the staff, who are committed to making our company even better!
