Our packaging is a hit!
Our commitment goes beyond the sustainable cocoa used in our chocolates. The packaging that protects and showcases our chocolates is also designed with sustainability in mind.
Most of our cardboard and paper packaging is FSC certified. This certification guarantees that the materials used come from verified and responsibly managed sources that meet strict environmental and social standards.
For us, this goes beyond a label. It reflects our commitment to preserving natural resources while ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
With the same philosophy, we have relocated the production of most of our packaging to local partners. This helps reduce transport, lower our carbon footprint and strengthen local collaborations.
By choosing our products, you are also choosing sustainability. Together, we place people and the environment at the heart of our decisions. Every box and every package is an extension of that commitment.
Plastic completes its cycle
Some packaging components, particularly those inside our boxes, still require the use of plastic to ensure the protection, hygiene and freshness of our chocolates. Whenever this is necessary, we choose more responsible and better-managed materials.
To honour this commitment, we use only PET or polypropylene containing at least 50% recycled material. Unlike PVC, PET is fully recyclable and perfectly suited for food contact. It ensures the safety of our products while helping to reduce our environmental impact.
We also use polypropylene when appropriate. This material is also recyclable and widely used in food packaging. For us, every plastic component must meet two essential requirements: protecting our chocolates while contributing to a more sustainable life cycle.
Recycle instead of throwing away
Reducing waste is a simple yet essential principle. For many years, food by-products from our production have been recovered and transformed into animal feed.
Whenever ingredients remain perfectly fit for consumption but can no longer be used in our creations, we give them a second life by donating them to animal shelters and farmers. Because for us, respecting the environment also means making practical and responsible choices every day.
