What is a Manon praline?

The traditional Manon Blanc is a praline coated in white chocolate with a hint of vanilla, filled with coffee cream resting on a layer of praliné. Today, this original creation comes in multiple variations, including dark chocolate and milk chocolate. Always prepared using traditional recipes, the pralines crafted by our Master Chocolatiers are a delight for every palate.

Manon pralines for every taste

At Leonidas, we are dedicated to satisfying all chocolate lovers. The classic Manon has evolved into the Manon Ruby, a delicacy filled with raspberry buttercream and coated in ruby chocolate. We have also created a reduced-sugar Manon, similar to the traditional praline but with a delicate flower shape. Additionally, we use blond chocolate, a variation made from caramelized white chocolate, which gives the Manon Caramel Blond an original flavor. Whatever your preferences, you’re sure to find the perfect treat among our wide range of pralines and chocolates to delight your taste buds!
