    In their workshop, these two artisans are constantly searching for the finest ingredients, contemporary flavours and delicious combinations to create pralines that bring moments of happiness to everyone.

    Meet our Master Chocolatiers

    Souad El Maslouhi

    It may come as a surprise, but Souad El Maslouhi’s professional career did not begin in the world of chocolate. She was working in IT when, during a visit to the Salon du Chocolat in Paris, she discovered her passion for chocolate. The flavours, aromas and techniques immediately captivated her, inspiring her to embark on a completely new career path.

    She completed a four-year training programme covering pastry, ice cream making, chocolate craftsmanship and baking. Mastering all these skills was essential to achieving her dream of becoming a Master Chocolatier.

    Daniel Stallaert

    Daniel Stallaert has been passionate about chocolate since childhood. His greatest dream? To become a Master Chocolatier. At the age of 13, he took his first step towards achieving that dream by enrolling at CERIA, Brussels’ prestigious chocolate school. After successfully completing his five-year training, he joined Wittamer, the iconic chocolate house in the heart of Brussels, for an internship.

    After gaining experience at Neuhaus and Corné Port-Royal, Daniel continued pursuing his passion at Leonidas. As a Master Chocolatier, he creates the most exquisite flavour combinations to offer exceptional pralines of uncompromising quality.
